The portfolio is growing! I have added a second home and this one will be for a long term traditional rental. The final purchase price was $156,500 and it’s a 3 bedroom, 1 bath. A big perk of the place is a large detached garage that has a rear large work area. The previous owners used it as a woodworking area with tools. It’s also on a huge city lot. It’s 0.26 acres. That’s a great perk too.
There will be a lot more to come with this home. We are doing some basic patch work that will cost a few thousand dollars to get it up to a level we want it at. Stay tuned for January 2026!
